Unsubscribe: a known gap

LatestArr doesn’t have a built-in unsubscribe mechanism yet. Emails don’t include an opt-out link or a List-Unsubscribe header.

What to do today

To stop someone getting emails, an admin switches that recipient to inactive on the Recipients page, or removes them from the groups your newsletters target.

Make it easy for people to ask. A line in your design’s footer note, such as “Reply to this email to stop getting these”, goes a long way.

Why it matters

⚠️

For a household or a few friends who asked to be on the list, this is usually fine. For larger lists, or anyone who didn’t explicitly opt in, it’s a real gap against CAN-SPAM and GDPR expectations of an easy, one-click unsubscribe. Mailbox providers increasingly penalise senders without one, too.

Only send to people who expect to hear from you, and keep the list small until this is addressed. Follow progress, or help, on the issue tracker .
